Product Description

Preparation method: It is obtained by reacting propargyl alcohol with phosphorus trichloride. First, fire oil and phosphorus trichloride are added into the dry reaction tank, and the mixture of propargyl alcohol and pyridine is added dropwise below 20 ℃. After adding, it is heated to reflux. After reaction for 4 hours, it is added into ice water to separate the water layer. The oil layer is added with sodium carbonate water window to ph=5-6 to separate the water layer, and then washed, dried and distilled under normal pressure to collect 52-60 ℃ fractions to obtain the finished product.

Storage: store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat source. Protect from direct sunlight and keep containers sealed. Explosion proof lighting and ventilation facilities shall be adopted. It is forbidden to use mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to produce sparks. The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate receiving materials.

Purpose: It is used in the manufacture of medicine youjiangning, soil fumigant, etc. It is also a modifier for engineering plastics. Its trisodium salt is an excellent heat stabilizer for PVC, and its esters are also important additives for polymers.

This method has simple steps, the one-way conversion rate of propargyl alcohol is 100%, and the DMF keeps the circulation without loss, without external supplement, with short process and less equipment.
